1. About Wolfpack Game Lab

Wolfpack Game Lab is an early-stage service designed to help game developers collect private, structured feedback from relevant players before launch.

2. Using the website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or use the forms to send abusive, fraudulent or unlawful content.

3. Developer submissions

When you submit a developer request, you confirm that you are authorised to share the links, material and project information you provide. A submission is an enquiry only and does not create a binding purchase or require Wolfpack to accept the project.

If we agree to perform a paid review, the project scope, reviewer count, timing, price and any special confidentiality requirements should be confirmed before the review begins.

4. Unreleased and confidential material

Do not send highly sensitive material unless you are comfortable with the agreed review process. Wolfpack may require selected reviewers to follow confidentiality rules, but the existence of this website alone does not create an NDA with every visitor.

If a project requires a formal NDA or controlled build-access process, that should be agreed before the material is distributed.

5. Reviewer rules

Early-access reviewers must be 18 or over. If you accept a private review opportunity, you agree not to copy, publish, stream, redistribute or disclose private project material unless Wolfpack or the developer expressly permits it.

You must give your own honest feedback and must not fabricate play time, responses, hardware information or other review data.

6. Feedback and intellectual property

Developers keep ownership of their games, artwork, video, builds and other project material. Reviewers keep ownership of their original comments, but grant Wolfpack permission to collect, organise, quote and share those comments with the relevant developer for the purpose of delivering the review.

Wolfpack branding, site design and original site content may not be copied or represented as your own without permission.

7. Publicity

Wolfpack reviews are private by default. We will not intentionally publish a developer’s project results, private build or confidential report as a public case study without separate permission.

8. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the early-access website are indicative founding prices. The website does not currently take payment. A price becomes binding only when Wolfpack and the developer separately agree the scope and commercial terms.

9. No guarantee of commercial outcome

Player feedback is subjective research, not a promise of sales, wishlists, review scores, funding, publisher interest or launch success. Developers remain responsible for product, marketing and release decisions.

10. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or remove early-access features while the service is being developed. We will try to avoid disrupting work that has already been separately agreed.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Wolfpack is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from reliance on subjective feedback, third-party platform outages, or material a user was not authorised to submit.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information submitted through the website is handled.

13. Governing law

These early-access terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply to you under law.
