Wolfpack is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website. You can contact the Wolfpack team using our contact form.

2. What information do we collect?

Developer enquiries

We may collect your name, email address, studio or game name, genre, links you provide, the type of review you are interested in and the questions or goals you submit.

Reviewer applications

We may collect your name or gamer tag, email address, age confirmation, preferred genres, gaming platform, approximate gaming time and any additional information you choose to provide.

General contact

If you contact us, we collect the information you include in your message and the contact details needed to reply.

Technical and security information

Our hosting and form-processing providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and security or anti-spam signals when you visit the site or submit a form.

3. Why do we use this information?

• Developer requests: to respond to an enquiry, assess a requested review and take steps before a service is agreed.
• Reviewer applications: to maintain the early reviewer pool and contact reviewers about suitable opportunities they have opted in to receive.
• Contact messages: to answer questions and provide support.
• Security and administration: to prevent abuse, troubleshoot the site and maintain records needed to operate Wolfpack responsibly.
• Legal requirements: where we need to keep or disclose information to comply with law.

4. Our lawful bases

Depending on the purpose, we rely on:

• Steps before a contract / contract where a developer asks us to assess or arrange a service.
• Consent where a reviewer opts in to receive review opportunities. You can withdraw this at any time.
• Legitimate interests for proportionate website administration, security, fraud prevention and responding to ordinary enquiries.
• Legal obligation where processing is required by law.

5. Marketing

Submitting a developer request does not sign you up for unrelated marketing. We will not send electronic marketing to individuals unless we have an appropriate legal basis and, where required, the necessary consent.

6. Who do we share information with?

We use service providers to operate the website and forms. This currently includes Netlify for website hosting and form processing, plus the email service used to receive form notifications. We only use providers to the extent needed to operate Wolfpack.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

7. International processing

Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection rules require safeguards for an international transfer, we expect the relevant provider arrangements to be used. Provider locations and terms may change over time.

8. How long do we keep information?

• Developer enquiries: normally up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for an agreed service or legal reason.
• Reviewer applications: until you withdraw, or after a period of prolonged inactivity; we currently use 24 months as the review point.
• Security, spam and technical records: according to operational need and provider retention settings.

We may keep minimal suppression records where needed to respect a request not to be contacted again.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to certain processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent. You can contact us through the contact form to exercise a right.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe your data-protection rights have been breached.

10. Reviewers and age

The early-access reviewer pool is currently limited to people aged 18 or over. This may change only after Wolfpack has appropriate processes for younger users.

11. Cookies and analytics

Wolfpack does not currently run advertising trackers or its own behavioural analytics cookies on this website. Essential hosting, security and anti-abuse processing may still occur at infrastructure level.

12. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the service, suppliers or data uses change materially. The latest version will remain available on this page.
